Year 3 enjoyed a trip to the Cliff Training Ground to train with Manchester United
Between the 14th and 18th of Novemember, Mrs Jones will take part in a Trek and Camp in the Jordanian desert, in aid of Francis House charity. During this time she will also get a chance to float in the Dead Sea, and explore the Red Rose city of Petra.

As part of Harvest Week, the displays around school are all about Harvest time in different countries. The USA, Italy, England and others are included.
CBeebies Radio came into school for 2 days. They played games with the younger children and recorded them. Fun had by children and adults alike!
Mrs Wilson has been doing Harvest activities with children in the gardens; activities included Harvesting marrows for school dinners, apples and rhubarb to go in muffins. Year 5 have been enjoying Pond Dipping, while Year 1 have been busy making Bug Hotels. All classes have been down to the polytunnel sampling tomatoes that we have grown and grapes from our very own Vineyard! Years 4 & 6 have been busy helping Mrs Wilson with the never ending task of weeding the allotment.
Over the summer, Mrs Blears, Mrs Hills and some Oompa Loompa helpers transformed the Junior library into a "Charlie & the Chocolate Factory" themed world of Pure Imagination!
